Each of the six apartments is named after an island in the lagoon—Murano, Burano, Torcello, Sant’Erasmo, Lido, and San Giorgio Maggiore—evoking a deep connection to the territory and paying homage to Venice’s cultural and landscape heritage.

The History of Palazzo Rota
Palazzo Rota is located in the San Marco District, amidst alleys rich in folklore and charm. Here, the centuries-old soul of Palazzo Rota is revealed over the picturesque Calle dei Fabbri.
Originally built in the 14th century as a textile workshop, the building was later converted into a glass factory, a museum and a noble residence. Each of these changes has left its mark, making this building a valuable witness to Venice’s heritage.
On the facade, the coat of arms featuring the wheel refers to the building’s labor origins and symbolizes the passage of time in tune with the water that embrace the city.
